Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of law enforcement experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a large team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and physical fitness test.
