3. Incident

• 3.1. Date(s) and Time(s) - 11/01/2024,
  3.2. Location(s): Idlewood Motel, Pizza Stack's Idlewood
  
  3.3. Detailed Description of Event(s): Detective Ramirez had tried to assault me after a conflict between me and him, he got into my face and tried to get me on the ground after, but failed. Officers present at the scene tried stopping him and he got all mad about it. He said that he was off-duty, offered Officer Parker his badge, gun and vest and tried to call me up for a fight. After short time notice of the scene, we saw that one of our friend got stopped and arrested for nothing, concluded because they let him go short after my brother got killed. Detective Ramirez tried to arrest my friend, Oscar Saez, by tazing him for 'jaywalking", result of that my friend tried to attack Detective with a knife. He got stabbed once (Detective) and mag-dumped my friend even when he was down. He shot him several times after he was immobilised, him and Officer Parker.
