HOW TO FILE A POLICE REPORT

The Blueberry Police Department encourages all members of the community to report criminal activity, suspicious behavior, or incidents that may require police attention. Filing a report helps us maintain accurate records, investigate crimes, and keep our community safe.

WHEN TO FILE A POLICE REPORT

You should file a police report if you have been a victim of or witness to:
  • Theft or burglary
  • Vandalism or property damage
  • Assault or threats
  • Vehicle theft or hit and run
  • Fraud or identity theft
  • Harassment or stalking
  • Any other criminal activity
INFORMATION TO INCLUDE

When filing your report, please provide as much detail as possible:
  • Your full name and contact information
  • Date, time, and location of the incident
  • Description of what occurred
  • Description of any suspects (if applicable)
  • Description of any vehicles involved (if applicable)
  • Names and contact information of any witnesses
  • Any evidence you may have (photos, videos, documents)
